About
A freelance IT technician focused on SMBs, retail, and homes in Jakarta.
A short story
I am a freelance IT technician focused on serving SMBs, retail, and homes in Jakarta. With experience in networking, WiFi, security, office telephony, and servers, I help business owners keep their systems running without needing an in-house IT team.
My approach is simple: visit, understand the problem, do the work neatly, and hand over clear documentation. You deal directly with me from start to finish — no middlemen, no unexpected costs.
