Challenge
Old analog phones could not be used concurrently, and incoming calls had no structured routing.
Solution
Installed an IP-PBX with per-room extensions, an IVR for incoming calls, and IP phones in each section.
Result
Incoming calls are routed automatically and internal clinic communication became faster.
